Rev. & Mrs. Wilfredo Nell, Cabagan Baptist Church, Cabagan, Isabela

Before Willy was married, he and Jerome Peralta left our Bible Institute at LaLoma, Q.C. after the
Thursday night class and took a bus 12 hours north to Cabagan, Isabela. Friday, Saturday and Sunday
they would hold Bible studies in that city. Tract distribution, open air evangelism, film showings and
door to door visitation were their ways of getting this new church up and going. Later Bro. Peralta returned
and planted the Lucsuhin church.

Today you will find a growing church with a Bible Institute that has produced many graduates who are
in full time service as Pastors and Bible Women. Bible Women are trained ladies who assist in laying the
ground work for new churches. They hold extension Bible classes and do a lot of soul winning. Cabagan
Baptist Church was our second church.

While in the Ilagan area we drove up to see the Nells and found Bro. Willy in the hospital. He asked us
to stop by and see his church and building program. The Nells have a Bible Institute and a Christian
School for the Children in Cabagan.
